We are CLOSED on Mondays!

We are sometimes out of town on weekends to attend bird shows.

With those things in mind, please know that we will return your
e-mails as soon as we possibly can, but around that schedule!

SHOPPING CARTS:  No matter what kind we have looked at,
none of them can accurately calculate shipping costs.  We prefer
to charge you only the exact cost of shipping, so we will enter
your order once we receive it.  That will generate an e-mailed
invoice to you, with the payment information all spelled out.

I realize that the e-mail order takes a little longer than the shopping
cart system, but you will come out ahead on the shipping costs and
that is one of the ways we like to take care of our customers!

Orders are checked a minimum of twice daily (not including Mondays
and those bird show weekends) and you will typically hear back
from us within 24 hours of placing your request.

Turn-around times on orders vary due to the following variables:
Items in stock (or out)
Parts vs. Toys
(It takes us longer to assemble toys than to pack a parts order)

We will not begin assembling any toy order until payment is received.

Tracking numbers are always available so that you may track your
order's shipment.
